Organization Assessment
As highly trained and experienced organizational development practitioners we use action research science to assess a company’s capacity to reach their goals. We are able to give a whole systems view of levels of psychological safety and interpersonal functioning. We employ a powerful suite of vetted assessment tools including the Enterprise Psychological Safety Index (ePSI), Zenger Folkman 360 (to look at leader strengths), the bMapTM , the Radical Innovation Readiness Survey, and The Existential Universe Mapper (EUM) framework. We employ qualitative assessment techniques to gather rich data to identify the most difficult issues allowing leaders, teams and organizations to go from being stuck to achieving new levels of performance.
