What you will learn from this program
Participants learn:
1. To work with Kantor’s concept of the heroic leader in crisis and to intervene when toxic themes begin to escalate, moral judgement abounds, and clashes seem impossible to deal with
2. Use the bMap high and low stakes profile instrument to understand and work with leader behavior in critical, high stakes situations when shadow behaviors show themselves and begin to wreak havoc
3. Design and lead interventions that employ story to focus on purpose and identity
4. To identify their own high stakes behavior and preceding triggers and how to defuse those triggers and stay objective.
Includes bMap team and individual assessments, virtual modules to reinforce learning, 18-hours of live instruction, comprehensive concepts manuals, 5, one to one follow on coaching sessions to hone learnings.
