Transform how you understand interpersonal communication and navigate team dynamics. In this certification program, you’ll learn to “read the room” using Structural Dynamics—a powerful model for decoding group behavior and communication patterns.
You’ll also be trained to use the bMap, a cutting-edge tool for measuring individual and team preferences under low and high-stress conditions. This instrument offers deep insights into behavioral patterns across individuals, teams, and systems. You will also learn how to use and gain access to the original Kantor Baseline Instrument – self and team.
Advance further with Level 2: Leading in High Stakes, which explores the deeper drivers behind behavior, helping you unlock your full leadership potential and better connect with others.
Level 3: Model Building is for leaders, consultants and coaches who want to hone their leadership and practice models by going deeper into they psychology of human systems. You will explore the invisible reality at play in interpersonal interactions. This work is is one to one with an advanced Structural Dynamics practitioner.
Together, Levels 1, 2and 3 provide a powerful foundation for leading, influencing, and bridging differences in any context.

- Experiential Learning: Receive 3 days of live instruction plus 2-3 hours of supervision to support your work with your pilot team. This includes a one to one coaching session to debrief both your bMap and the Kantor Baseline Instrument (BI)
