Learn Leadership Practices that Increase Psychological Safety
Try out concepts on all too common scenarios you face daily. You will have the opportunity, with other leaders, to experiment with three key leadership practices that increase psychological safety:

Setting The Stage – Framing the work and emphasizing purpose (to establish shared expectations and meaning)

Inviting Participation – Demonstrating situational humility, practicing inquiry, and setting up structures and processes (to build confidence and ensure people speak up)

Responding Productively – Expressing appreciation, destigmatizing failure and sanctioning clear violations (to create an orientation towards continuous learning)

In the full day workshop, leader participants learn dialogue practices all leaders need to know to reach their goals.
